What is the duration of the lifetime plan?+

The lifetime plan is set for 100 years. So for normal use, it is a pay once and enjoy it plan. If you are still streaming after 100 years, contact us first so we can be impressed.

If I purchase a plan, will I get future app updates?+

Yes. You will receive future STBAir app updates as long as your subscription or license is active. We are constantly improving STBAir for our customers, including stability, platform support, portal handling, and the app experience.

If I purchase a plan on Roku, can I switch my subscription to Android, FireStick, or LG?+

Yes. Your license can be moved to another supported STBAir platform as long as your plan still has device switches available. For example, you can move from Roku to FireStick, Android TV, LG, or another supported device when your plan allows it.

Can I purchase more than one plan under one account?+

Yes. You can purchase multiple plans under one STBAir account. Each license code should be used for the correct device. If you enter a new license code on a device that is already active, that code may become linked to that device and count as used, so please double-check the device before activating.

I purchased a plan. Why is my app still showing Demo Portal?+

After purchase, open your STBAir account dashboard, copy your license code, then enter it inside the app activation screen. Buying a plan creates the license code, but the app must still be activated with that code before custom portals unlock.
